Terms of Service
These terms govern your account, image processing, purchases, and use of Image Studio.
01Agreement and eligibility
By using the service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Refund Policy. You must be legally able to enter a contract and meet the minimum digital-consent age in your location. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you can bind it.
02Accounts
Provide accurate information and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at jamilaelkhamlichi00@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
03Service and availability
Image Studio removes image backgrounds and returns PNG results through a third-party processing provider. Automated results may contain errors, especially around complex edges or low-quality images. Review results before commercial use. We may change, maintain, or discontinue features and do not promise uninterrupted availability.
04Plans, limits, and manual renewal
A free account may process up to 5 images per day. Paid plans provide their displayed daily allowance for 30 days: Starter 20/day for $9.99, Pro 40/day for $22.50, Business 80/day for $35.99, and Platinum 120/day for $58.49. Each paid plan is a one-time purchase. It does not renew automatically. Unused daily allowances do not roll over, have no cash value, and access must be renewed manually.
05Payments and taxes
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Payments are processed by enabled providers such as Stripe or PayPal. You authorize the one-time charge shown at checkout and are responsible for applicable taxes. We may correct pricing errors before fulfilling an order.
06Your content and license
You keep ownership of images you upload. You grant us and our processing providers a limited, non-exclusive license to host, transmit, reproduce, and modify an image only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the requested service. You confirm that your content and use of results do not violate law or third-party rights.
07Intellectual property
The service, branding, interface, software, and site content are owned by jamilaelkhamlichi or its licensors and protected by law. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable right to use the service as intended.
08Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, fraud risk, legal requirements, harm to the service, or nonpayment. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.
09Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, or error-free operation. To that same extent, our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.
10Changes and contact
