TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Image Studio, including our website, accounts, background-removal tools, digital services, paid plans, downloads, and related features.

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, uploading an image, downloading a processed image, or otherwise using Image Studio, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Digital Delivery Policy, Cookie Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age required to enter into a legally binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

If you use Image Studio on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Image Studio provides online image-processing tools designed primarily to remove image backgrounds and produce downloadable transparent PNG files.

Results are generated automatically. Because image processing is automated, we do not guarantee that every output will be perfect or suitable for every purpose.

Customers should review downloaded results before commercial publication or distribution.

3. Accounts

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or making a purchase.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential;
• Activity performed through your account;
• Providing a valid email address;
• Notifying us promptly of unauthorized access; and
• Using the account only in accordance with these Terms.

Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared for the purpose of bypassing usage limits.

4. Free Access

Eligible free accounts may receive a limited daily image-processing allowance.

Free limits may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

Free allowances:

• Have no monetary value;
• Cannot be exchanged for cash;
• Do not roll over unless expressly stated;
• Cannot be transferred between accounts.

5. Paid Plans

Our paid plans provide access for 30 days from purchase.

Paid plans are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew.

At the end of the 30-day access period, customers who wish to continue using a paid plan must purchase another plan manually.

Unused daily image allowances do not carry forward.

6. Prices

Current plan prices are displayed on the Pricing page and at checkout.

Prices are generally displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless checkout states otherwise.

The price displayed and accepted during checkout is the price applicable to the transaction.

We may change prices for future purchases without affecting previously completed purchases.

7. Payments

Payments may be processed through:

• Stripe;
• PayPal;
• Credit or debit card;
• Digital wallets; or
• Other payment methods displayed at checkout.

We do not normally receive or store your full payment-card number.

Payment information is handled by the selected payment provider according to its own terms and privacy practices.

8. Digital Delivery

Image Studio provides digital services only.

No physical product is shipped.

After successful payment:

• Your paid access is normally activated electronically;
• A confirmation may be sent to the email address used during checkout;
• Paid features become available through your Image Studio account;
• Processed files are made available digitally for download.

9. Your Images

You retain your ownership rights in images that you upload.

You grant Image Studio and its technical service providers a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Receive;
• Store temporarily;
• Transmit;
• Process;
• Modify; and
• Generate output from

your uploaded images only as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the service.

You represent that you own the uploaded image or have sufficient permission to process it.

10. Generated Results

Subject to these Terms and third-party rights, you may use your processed results for lawful personal or commercial purposes when your applicable plan permits commercial use.

Image Studio does not transfer ownership of third-party intellectual property contained in an uploaded image.

Processing an image does not create rights that you did not previously have.

11. Temporary File Storage

Processed result files may be stored temporarily.

Customers are responsible for downloading and securely storing their finished files.

Image Studio may automatically remove temporary result files approximately 24 hours after processing.

We are not intended to operate as permanent cloud storage.

12. Refunds

Eligible customers may submit a refund request within 15 calendar days of purchase.

Refund eligibility and exclusions are explained in our Refund Policy.

13. Prohibited Uses

You must not use Image Studio for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, harmful, or deceptive activity.

Additional rules are contained in our Acceptable Use Policy.

14. Intellectual Property

The Image Studio website, software, interface, branding, graphics, design, original text, and other proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except for limited rights required to use the service, no ownership rights in Image Studio are transferred to customers.

You may not:

• Copy our service;
• Republish our website content commercially;
• Reverse engineer protected components;
• Resell access without authorization;
• Circumvent plan limits;
• Copy our branding; or
• Represent yourself as Image Studio.

15. Suspension

We may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary because of:

• Fraud;
• Payment abuse;
• Security risks;
• Illegal activity;
• Intellectual-property violations;
• Abuse of service limits;
• Attempts to disrupt our systems; or
• Material violations of these Terms.

Serious violations may result in immediate suspension.

16. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The service may occasionally be unavailable because of:

• Maintenance;
• Technical failure;
• Hosting problems;
• Third-party processing failures;
• Security incidents;
• Network interruption; or
• Circumstances outside our reasonable control.

17. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Image Studio is provided on an “as available” basis.

Automated image-processing results may contain imperfections.

We do not guarantee:

• Perfect background removal;
• Compatibility with every image;
• Uninterrupted service;
• A particular commercial result; or
• Suitability for every intended use.

Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Image Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of the service.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by law.

19. Changes

We may update these Terms for legal, security, technical, or operational reasons.

The latest version will be published on our website with an updated date.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without limiting mandatory consumer rights available under the law of a customer’s place of residence.
